What is a dispensing booth used for?

The same reverse laminar flow booth built in a white powder coated mild steel body with a stainless steel interior work zone — specified where the finish requirement is lighter than a full SS 304 build. Typical uses include powder weighing and dispensing, raw material sampling, quality control sample handling, ayurvedic and herbal powder processing.

What is fixed before a dispensing booth is built?

Every unit is made to order, so these are agreed with you before fabrication starts: Working size, Overall size, Air velocity, HEPA filtration (0.3µ efficiency), Pre-filter, Return air grille, Illumination, Blower, MOC, Power supply.

Can I get a dispensing booth in a non-standard size?

Yes. We fabricate in our own workshop in Kodungaiyur, Chennai, so a one-off size is a normal order rather than a special case — the unit is built to suit the room instead of the room having to suit the unit.
